Most events don’t start in your calendar.
They start as:
– a flyer you saw
– a screenshot you saved
– a post you meant to come back to
– something someone mentioned in passing
And then… they disappear.
I built something for that moment.
Calendarian turns unstructured event information into something you can actually act on.
Drop in a flyer, screenshot, or link
→ it pulls out the key details
→ you confirm them
→ and it creates a calendar event instantly
No typing. No guessing. No digging through your camera roll later.
It’s not a replacement for tools like Calendly or Partiful.
Those help you organize events.
Calendarian helps you capture them before they slip through the cracks.
Calendarian is currently in early access.
I’m offering:
– guided demos
– prototype access
– and select implementation support for individuals and teams
If you’re interested in integrating something like this into your workflow — or just want to try it out — feel free to reach out.
Built as part of Knightvision Labs.
